$3,000 Reward

This beautiful German Shepherd was shot, tied to a cinder block, and thrown into the Susquehanna River.  The public outrage has been tremendous.  Many people have stepped forward to offer to add to the reward to find the person who has done this deed.  Currently, we have $3,000 in reward money that will be given to the individual who can provide evidence or testimony that will convict the person who committed this crime.
